Description
The Eau Gallie Civic Center, located in Melbourne’s EGAD (Eau Gallie Art’s District) is a multi-use facility with 14,600 sq. ft. of rental space. The building was designed to meet community needs with areas for classes, sports activities, meetings, special events and rentals. It includes a gymnasium, two multi-purpose rooms, kitchen, and offices for the Parks & Recreation Department. The Center hosts classes, rentals, special events, dances, trade shows & exhibitions, sporting events, conventions, and camps.
Rental Information
SMALL ROOM: The small room is located on the west side of the building. SIZE: Approximately 2,200 square feet SEATING: Up to 200 chairs only with no dance floor
LARGE ROOM: The large room is located on the east side of the building. SIZE: Approximately 5,800 square feet SEATING: Up to 500 chairs only with no dance floor
ENTIRE ROOM: SIZE: Approximately 8,000 square feet SEATING: Up to 700 chairs only with no dance floor
GYMNASIUM: (942 Fire Occupancy) SIZE: Approximately 6,800 square feet
NOTE: A refundable damage deposit of $300.00 is required for each rental.
